Raw material/packaging material warehousing

Perceptual examination

Raw materials are tested through sensory tests such as color, odor, and sense of use, as well as microbiological tests. Various types of instruments are used to test the ingredient content, color, viscosity and hardness of raw materials. Packaging materials are tested for condition, appearance, surface, color, compression strength of pulp type products, flow, content and peel tests. In order to ensure the quality of the raw materials and packaging materials, a rigorous testing process is required, and the completed raw materials and packaging materials are re-tested before they are used.

Microbiology Testing and Experimentation
Microbiological testing is a basic part of product quality management, which ensures product quality by testing airborne microorganisms and human microorganisms in the raw material room, manufacturing room, and packaging room. Microbiological testing is done by sampling (raw materials/contents/products) and the product is released from the warehouse after passing the test.
Sensory checkup
We test semi-finished and finished products in terms of color, odor, and sense of use from the consumer's point of view. In addition to physical and chemical tests, all other tests are passed before they can be shipped out of the warehouse.

Products out of warehouse

After all the inspections, the qualified products in the warehouse will be shipped out of the warehouse through the logistics C/V system after the outer box operation of the products.
