This innovative Silkit complex of Blondie Hair Lightener not only delivers superior consistency and lightening effect, but also prolongs the oxidation process effectively. It reduces damage to hair’s cuticle while it lightens and conditions hair naturally.
Use Guide
1. Mix CYNOS Blondie Hair Lightener with CYNOS ExtraMild Developer at a ratio of 1:2.
2. Mix evenly and apply on hair, observe color lift carefully and rinse well.
3. If desired hair color is achieved, heat can be applied to shorten processing time.
