Description:

Directions: Mix equal parts of CYNOS Developer with CYNOS Permanent Color Cream, process at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Mix CYNOS Developer with CYNOS Bleaching Powder at the ratio of 1:2 to achieve a creamy consistency. Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and skin, rinse eyes immediately if contact occurs and seek medical assistance. Do not use as antiseptic. Store in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight.
